Add a vacancy from a bare URL (no pasted posting text) — resolves it via the matching job board/ATS's own API when recognized (greenhouse.io, lever.co, ashbyhq.com, recruitee.com, jobico.io), otherwise fetches it directly, then judges it through the same fitment pipeline a scout-found posting goes through (lands at "new", never "tracked" directly).
