Stage batch changes to Spotify Ads API campaigns, ad sets, and ads through drafts by default — pause, resume, budgets, delivery, archive, creative, and tracking changes. Ad set and ad pause, resume, and delivery toggles are confirmed live writes because drafts cannot carry delivery; other live writes only when explicitly requested.
