Use when wiring cross-session thread and message history, multi-device chat, message feedback, file uploads, or auth: passing `cloud` to `useChatRuntime` from `@assistant-ui/ai-sdk`, `AISDKThreads({ cloud })` for `AuiConfig` hosts, or `cloud` on `useLangGraphRuntime`.
