LingChat 剧本编辑器技能。当用户需要为 LingChat 创建新剧本或修改已有剧本（story_config.yaml、Chapters/*.yaml 章节、剧本内角色 settings.yml、Assets 资源引用）时使用。本技能遵循完整剧本创作工作流：创建/修改入口判断 → 剧本类型选择（羁绊冒险/独立剧本）→ 大纲与工程创建 → 内容设计与用户确认 → 逐章撰写与用户确认 → 完成交付（结束剧本、回归自由对话）。字段与事件语法以 LingChat 脚本引擎 Rust 源码为准，并附带可复制的最小可运行模板。
