- Accessibility PassMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user asks to check, review, or fix the accessibility of a PowerPoint deck, Word document, HTML page, or Markdown file, and before handing over any deck or document this agent just generated, so it does not ship with missing alt text, untitled slides, or unreadable colour contrast.
- Acroform WriterMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user wants values written INTO an existing PDF form that lives in the connected SharePoint knowledge source — filling out, completing, populating, or submitting a fillable PDF (application, intake sheet, contract, government form) from data they supply, a spreadsheet row, or the conversation.
- Action Items TodoMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user asks to monitor, capture, or track action items directed at them across Microsoft Teams chats, meeting transcripts, and Outlook mail, and record them as Microsoft To Do tasks — e.g. "set up action item tracking", "monitor my action items", "capture asks into To Do", "scan for action items now", "what did people ask me to do".
- Agent Evaluation DesignerMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user wants to evaluate, test, or validate an AI agent, decide whether an agent is ready to ship or go live, choose how to grade an agent's answers (exact match, similarity, meaning, keywords, quality, or custom), design a test set of questions and expected answers, or interpret evaluation results into a go/no-go decision.
- Agent Harness ExplorerMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user wants to inspect, understand, snapshot, compare, or document the capabilities of the current agent harness — for example "what can this harness do?", "which Python libraries are installed?", "what should I use to create Word documents?", "capture/remember a snapshot", "compare with my baseline", or "what changed since last week?".
- Agent Performance TriageMicrosoftOfficialDiagnose a live Microsoft Copilot Studio agent from its analytics and transcripts, find why it is underperforming, and produce a prioritized improvement backlog tied to specific topics, knowledge sources and tools.
- Agent Red TeamMicrosoftOfficialRun an adversarial assurance review of a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent you own — generate and execute test cases for indirect prompt injection, oversharing and authorization bypass, data leakage, scope escape and tool misuse — then score the findings and map each one to a concrete Copilot Studio control.
- Ai Demo AssistantMicrosoftOfficialBuilds a scenario-driven content pack for a Microsoft 365 Copilot customer demo. From a customer name, line of business, and target personas, it proposes demo scenarios for operator approval, then generates fictional Word/PowerPoint/Excel example files plus an AI Demo Delivery Plan (persona roster with tenant-account mapping, email and Teams chat scripts, calendar meetings with agendas, a…

- Brand Template EnforcerMicrosoftOfficialApplies bundled or SharePoint-hosted organization-approved PowerPoint and Word templates whenever the agent is about to create, generate, export, or substantially rebuild a presentation, slide deck, report, proposal, brief, memo, letter, or other .pptx, .docx, or .dotx deliverable.

- Business OsMicrosoftOfficialTurns vague or complex business requests (decisions, problems, projects, incidents, processes, ideas, documents, communications) into a clear outcome, an appropriately sized plan, and a verified result. Also assesses whether repeated work should become a reusable Skill and can draft that Skill package.

- Chart BuilderMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user asks to visualize, chart, plot, or graph data (bar, line, scatter, histogram, pie) from a CSV, table, or DataFrame. It gives the agent prebuilt, parameterized matplotlib functions so charts are produced faster and more reliably — with consistent styling and sane defaults — instead of hand-writing matplotlib each time.
- Classic Text AdventureMicrosoftOfficialPlay and operate a deterministic, resumable Colossal Cave text adventure with verbatim game output and an OOC escape. Use when a user asks to start, continue, inspect, reset, or smoke-test the Classic Text Adventure; treat unprefixed messages as game commands while a session is active.

- Conditional Chat ReminderMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever a Scout user asks to schedule a Teams chat reminder or follow-up that should be sent only if a person has not already posted a relevant update after the request, including "remind them Thursday if there is no news," "follow up unless they reply," or "check the chat first and only nudge if needed." - Copilot Studio Knowledge ReadinessMicrosoftOfficialUse when a Copilot Studio maker provides uploaded files, exported text, or a document set and wants to assess whether that corpus is ready for knowledge grounding. Use this before scoring chunkability, freshness signals, conflicts, or whether content belongs in knowledge versus an action or workflow.
- Copilot Studio MCP ReadinessMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill when someone wants to connect a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent, is reviewing an MCP server before a rollout, or is debugging why a tool never appears in the agent, why the input schema came back truncated, or why a connection fails.
- Copilot Studio Topic BlueprintMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user describes a Copilot Studio agent in a sentence or two and wants a build-ready blueprint, or asks how to design, scope, or structure an agent (its type, topics, tools, knowledge, or welcome experience).

- Create Copilot Adoption DashboardMicrosoftOfficialTurns the four Microsoft admin center (MAC) Copilot activity exports into a populated, single-file HTML adoption dashboard using the Copilot Adoption Analysis framework (Pillars A–E and the KPI scorecard). Triggered by the `create-copilot-adoption-dashboard` command.
- Doc Format ConverterMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user asks to convert a document or file from one format to another — Markdown, HTML, PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or plain text (e.g. "turn this Word doc into a PDF", "make slides from this markdown", "save this page as markdown"). Only for producing a converted file as a deliverable.
- Enterprise Agent Design AuthorityMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user asks to review, assess, validate, improve, govern, or prepare a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent, multi-agent solution, or enterprise AI architecture before implementation. Apply an enterprise architecture assessment before proposing implementation or design changes.

- Explainer VideoMicrosoftOfficialProduces narrated educational explainer videos (MP4, 1080p, burned-in captions) that teach a concept, tool, process or policy — researching the subject where facts matter, generating office b-roll, and framing screenshots the user attaches.
- Gantt Chart GeneratorMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user asks to visualize a project schedule, timeline, Gantt chart, or phase/task breakdown over time. It gives the agent a prebuilt, parameterized gantt() function so Gantt charts are produced instantly and consistently — with colour-coded groups, completion overlays, a today reference line, and auto-scaled date axes — instead of hand-writing matplotlib each time.
- Generating Podcast ScriptMicrosoftOfficialUse this skill whenever the user asks to write, generate, or create a podcast script or podcast episode — from a topic, or from source material such as a news digest, newsletter, email review, or set of articles — and optionally convert it to audio with Azure Text-to-Speech. Handles the initial request and every follow-up refinement (source, topic, length, cast, narration) in the same task.
