Sumsub Manage Applicant Tags

Add, replace, or remove tags on a Sumsub applicant profile via the public API — `POST /resources/applicants/{applicantId}/tags/add` (additive), `POST .../tags` (overwrite the full set), `DELETE .../tags` (remove), read-back via `GET .../one`.
