- Carta Agm Deck BuilderCartaEnd-to-end AGM deck generator. Extracts a firm's brand identity from their website, pulls live fund data from the Carta MCP (NAV, TVPI, portfolio, capital activity, benchmarks, fees, balance sheet, LP base), generates a branded HTML presentation with built-in slide navigation, and applies the "Powered by Carta" badge to every slide. Supports an optional past-deck reference for style matching.
- Carta Brand ExtractionCartaGenerates a brand board from a firm's website URL and optional user-provided assets. Analyzes the website to extract theme colors, typography, logos, and imagery, then produces a polished brand board as an HTML artifact, PDF, slide deck, or React component.
- carta-cap-table:issuance-importCartaInternal file-ingest sub-skill for carta-issuance. Turns an uploaded spreadsheet (.xlsx/.xlsm/.csv/.tsv) or document (.pdf/.docx) into the prefilled rows every carta-issuance surface consumes, for certificates, option grants and profits interest units. Not invocable directly — dispatched by carta-issuance Phase 0.25.
- Carta Captable Home BuildCartaBuild or rebuild the Carta Home live artifact for one Carta cap-table company — a dashboard page published as "Carta Home - {company}". Use when the user asks to "build cap table home", "rebuild cap table home", "deploy cap table home", "set up cap table home", or asks to build, rebuild, deploy or set up Carta Home for a named company or corporation — and to open an existing one: "open cap table…
- Carta Co InvestorsCartaInteractive co-investor report from Carta SPA data with clickable portfolio drill-downs. Use for co-investor analysis or asking who invested in a specific portfolio company. Trigger phrases: "co-investors", "coinvestors", "who are my co-investors", "who else invested", "co-investors by stage/round", "co-investors on Aumni".
- Carta Compensation AppCartaServes a live, clickable CTC console — builds one corporation's Carta Total Compensation data into a React app on localhost, where you filter by job area, compare peer groups and explore the scorecard yourself. CLAUDE CODE ONLY; it serves a local web app. Use it when the ask is to run an app, launch a console, or explore the data live, rather than to be told a figure.
- Carta Compensation BenchmarksCartaRetrieves Carta Total Compensation market benchmarks (salary, equity, total cash) for a role. Output to chat or CSV. Market benchmarks are triggered by queries like: "sales benchmarks", "comp benchmarks", "market rate", "what does a [role] pay", "put benchmarks in a CSV", "get benchmarks", "get carta's market benchmarks", "show me benchmarks for [role]", "compensation ranges for [role]"…
- Carta Compensation RolematcherCartaClassify a job title or description into the CTC taxonomy (job area, focus, level, track). Use when the user wants to know how a role is categorized or mapped to the taxonomy structure — not to fetch salary, equity, or benchmark numbers.
- Carta Compensation ScorecardCartaCarta Total Compensation scorecard — shows how a corporation's employees compare to market. Two lenses: corporation-level rollup (band distribution — what % of employees are below / at / above market) and per-employee scorecard (each employee's compa-ratio + percentile + market band).
- Carta Compliance RoutingCartaRoutes to Form ADV for regulatory filing data. Resolves the firm, entities, reporting period, and target workbook, then builds the chosen report(s).
- Carta Conversion CalculatorCartaCalculate SAFE and convertible note conversion into equity at a financing close. Use when asked about SAFE conversion, note conversion, conversion shares, conversion math, how instruments convert in a priced round, or what happens to outstanding SAFEs and notes when a new round closes. Do NOT use for exit/sale/acquisition payouts at a sale price.
- Carta Crm Home BuildCartaPublishes the Carta CRM Home as a live artifact — a standalone page, at a stable URL, showing pipeline by stage, recent deals and contacts, object counts, latest notes and this week's meetings. The page reads the CRM itself through a read-only grant, so it refreshes whenever a viewer opens it.
- Carta Data CollectionCartaData collection for an investment firm's portfolio companies — asking them for financials, KPIs and documents, and managing what has been asked. TRIGGER on data collection, collecting financials or KPIs, requesting or chasing portfolio company reporting, or a company's reporting setup — including the roster ("which companies do I collect from"), a send ("send this period's requests"), a schedule…
- Carta Discover CommandsCartaMETA-DISCOVERY ONLY — answers the question "what cap-table tools or commands exist?" when the user is lost about what's available. NEVER use this skill for any request that names a cap-table topic (stakeholders, grants, vesting, SAFEs, notes, valuations, ownership, waterfall, financing, exposure, etc.) — those are always direct data requests, even if the user phrases them vaguely.
- Carta Download TearsheetCartaDownload tear sheets for your portfolio companies and funds on Carta. For tear sheet requests, use carta-lp-reporting-routing instead when it is installed.
- Carta Explore DataCartaPRIMARY and DEFAULT skill for ALL Carta investors data queries — use before any other skill for Carta Web / Fund Admin data. For investments, portfolio companies, fund data, fund metrics, NAV, TVPI, DPI, IRR, cash flows, balance sheets, cap tables, ownership %, shareholders, 409a valuations, FMV, MOIC, fund holdings, financing rounds, convertible notes, SAFEs.

- Carta Fund ForecastingCartaFund Forecasting (Tactyc) read-only analytics — fund performance and per-investment metrics for funds IN FUND FORECASTING (Tactyc) ONLY. A SEPARATE domain from Carta Web / Fund Admin, with its own funds and data — use carta-explore-data for those (data-warehouse, cap-table, accounting) queries.
- Carta Fund ModelingCartaSpin up an interactive local web console for FIRM-LEVEL scenario modeling over Carta Fund Admin data — a React app to reprice portfolio companies and model exits ACROSS MULTIPLE COMPANIES. Tabs: Overview (fund-family rollup, pacing, concentration), Companies (per-company repricing, LP make-whole waterfall, carry banking, partial sales), Exit & IRR (exit scenarios, XIRR, GP & LP returns, per-fund…
- Carta Fund PerformanceCartaPublishes a standalone Fund Performance live artifact for the user's Carta firm — a page that opens directly on the fund performance table and fetches its data live from Carta each time it is opened. Use when the user asks for a fund performance dashboard, page, or artifact they can keep open and re-share.
- Carta Grant VestingCartaFetch the vesting schedule for ONE specific grant or holder — options (ISO/NSO), RSUs, SARs, or CBUs. NOT for portfolio-level / all-employees aggregate vesting.
- Carta Hmrc LimitsCartaReport a UK company's HMRC EMI/CSOP limit usage. Use when asked how much EMI allowance is left, whether the company is near the £6m EMI limit, who is close to or over their £250k individual limit, CSOP headroom, or whether a planned grant fits.
- Carta Home BuildCartaBuilds or rebuilds the Carta Home live artifact — a Cowork dashboard home page that works for any Carta firm. Summary cards for Schedule of Investments, Fund Performance, P&L, Balance Sheet, LP Reporting, Portfolio Valuations, ManCo actuals and Form ADV, plus a Skill Directory of copyable prompts. Auto-detects the active firm from the Carta MCP context.
- Carta Interaction ReferenceCartaCarta's behavioral rules for AI agents presenting cap table data — mandatory context for any Carta cap table response. Load ONCE per conversation, before the first such response (ownership, grants, SAFEs, valuations, waterfall scenarios, financing history, stakeholders, convertible instruments, option pools, or any other topic).
- Carta Interaction Reference CoreCartaThe non-negotiable half of Carta's AI agent interaction rules — financial precision, data provenance, the AI-computation gate, how to confirm, and trust & safety. Loaded ONCE per conversation, before any response that presents or writes Carta financial data. Sufficient on its own for write flows; a flow that also shapes voice and tone loads carta-interaction-reference, the superset, instead.
- Carta IssuanceCartaIssue securities on a Carta cap table. Use when the user asks to issue certificates, stock certificates, option grants (ISO, NSO, EMI, CSOP, Unapproved, Startup Concessions, Non-Concessional, ZEPO), profits interest units (PIUs), to draft shares, grants or units, or to resume issuing from a draft set.

- Carta Manco ReportingCartaVisual ManCo (management company) reporting dashboard/microapp — React SPA on Carta Fund Admin data. TRIGGER: any ManCo dashboard/microapp/report/financials ask under ANY verb (spin up, open, launch, build, create, run) — P&L drill-down, expenses, Budget vs Actuals (or Monthly Actuals by GL account with no budget), Management Fee Income by Fund, income-vs-expenses charts, journal-entry detail.
- Carta Market BenchmarksCartaComputed statistics across portfolio companies — median, average, typical, range — used as market benchmarks. Returns aggregate numbers and percentiles, not raw per-company listings.
- Carta Portfolio AlertsCartaTime-bounded and threshold-bounded risk detection across portfolio companies — finds items that are expiring soon, maturing soon, running low, or otherwise at risk. Surfaces what needs attention now, not what the data looks like in general.
- Carta Portfolio Analytics AppCartaSpin up an interactive local web console for firm-wide PORTFOLIO-COMPANY ANALYTICS over Carta Fund Admin + Data Collection data — a React app (read, plus inline KPI corrections published to Carta) spanning operating KPIs, valuation, cap tables, risk and benchmarking.

Also the entry point when the main skill receives a message starting with "Generate Carta Excel —" (the artifact prompt bar payload).
- Carta Reporting MarkdownCartaInternal subskill for carta-reporting. Drives the full Claude Code interaction: schema preview, customization checkpoint, transform config (filtering, sorting, formulas, aggregations), output preview, and hand-off to carta-reporting-excel. Invoked by carta-reporting (Claude Code path) after the preview file lands. Not for direct user invocation.
- Carta Round HistoryCartaFinancing round history for a company — each priced round with its date, share class issued, price per share, total cash raised, and the investors who participated. Covers what was raised and from whom across the company's funding history.
- Carta Spa AuditCartaSPA coverage audit across your portfolio — categorizes every equity investment as missing, unexecuted, executed, or not needed, and can drill into a specific company's SPA documents. Use when asked about SPA coverage, missing SPAs, unexecuted SPAs, document completeness, or a named company's SPA.
- Carta Valuation HistoryCartaFetch a company's valuation history and current fair market value (FMV) — 409A, EMI, CSOP or share price. Use for questions about valuations, FMV, exercise prices, or expiry. Not for cross-portfolio comparisons — prefer a portfolio-benchmarks skill.
