Replace identity and important documents lost or destroyed in a fire, flood, theft or move, in the order that unlocks the rest: ID and birth records first, then bank, benefits, property, medical and education papers. Use when someone says 'we lost all our documents in the fire', 'my passport and ID were stolen', 'how do I prove who I am with no ID', or 'which document do I replace first'.
