Query variants in chr:pos:ref>alt format, annotate VCF/tabular callsets, perform saturation mutagenesis window scans (1-based closed chr:start-end), and extract GENCODE v46 GTF gene/exon/junction coordinates all via the AlphaGenome Atlas API.
